Since their formation in 1996, they have become pioneering developers across the regions and particularly in Liverpool city centre’s bohemian Ropewalks district, which now hosts over 500 independent retailers and houses with up to 5000 new residents, many of which reside in Iliad properties.
Iliad has a renowned approach to developing neighbourhoods through urban regeneration. Their long-term vision of creating more than just a place to live has resulted in partnerships with local authorities in the north-west and south of Yorkshire. They have applied this method in towns and cities thirsty for regeneration and solid future-proofing for the next generation of young professionals, families and pioneers.
